AM4376: Input signal rise time or fall time spec

Hi,

The spec between LOW LOAD / HIGH LOAD and tr tf is defined in Table 5-92 McSPI Timing Conditions - Master Mode in the datasheet,
How about when tf exceeds 8ns (about 13ns)?

1. There is no problem if it is that degree.
2. There is an AC spec (setup / hold) on the HIGH LOAD, and it is no problem if it keeps it.
3. It is necessary to improve so that tf is within 8ns

Hi Tsuda-san,

Sorry for the delay. We only guarantee what’s published in our datasheet. A 13ns tf may work but it wouldn’t be guaranteed over temperature, variation, process, etc.
