TMS320DM8127: What happens with this support system ?

Hi,

I'm trying to build up board DM8127 (Camera Starter KIt). There are so many problems that I encountered, and I really hoped that E2E was possible to give neccessary supports.

Unfortunately, even though I posted some questions in this forum, It seems like I can't get the appropriate answer at all.

I read that you stop update for this product by this link :

I tried also to contact Path Partner Technology (sales@pathpartnertech.com) ,but NO reply !!!!!!!!!

What happens with you guys ? your system crashed or what ?

If you can't support your client enough with your products, just don't sell them !
