Samples of rev 2.0 are expected in Q2 of 2020. By then we will have a Power Estimation Tool for AM65x.

Per this e2e thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors/f/791/t/761639 someone was given the preliminary PET offline.

I'd like to be able to get the same copy; we're implementing the AM6546 right now into a design slated for completion by end of 2019 and need some preliminary figures.

There is a rough PET for the SR 1.0 however it's not planned to RTM that device anymore. So we are no longer providing the PET until we have one to share for SR 2.0.
