Hi,

what is the temp range of TMSDC6726BRFPA225?

In the DS it indicates that with an A it is -40 to 105.

Further down in the DS it says 0 to 90.

yes, this is what I meant, here are the pictures again:

on page 27 in the DS it says A ending is -40 to 105:

and Package Option Addendum says 0 to 90:

In this case, there is a typo in the Package option addendum.

There are clues here.

1. The part number is for a -40C to 105C part. If it were the lower temp range then it would not have the "A" between RFP and 225.
2. The same package is used for the TMSDC6722BRFPA225 and it shows the correct temp range.

I'll work on getting this corrected.
