I was unable to find anything in the datasheet regarding a heat sink for the EVMK2G PDK. The processor is surrounded by a proper unpopulated border zone and there are mounting holes at each corner. I found a few candidates on Digikey (ATS1431-ND, ATS2592-ND, ATS1420-ND, ATS1442-ND) but the datasheet for each of these parts cites a 20mm center to center mounting hole pattern; this isn't the same as the pattern on the EVMK2G.
