AWR1843BOOST: mmwave demo visualizer connection issue

Hello, expert.

Before I connected board to this visualizer, It was working well. 

But now days, I cannot connect to this visualizer. 

Board setting is (SOP = mode 4) functional mode. 

Its just commputer setting problem??

or board setting problem???

    Hi heo je,

    So this issue might arise if the COM port is being utilized by some other application like tera term. Do check if while running the demo visualizer, the port isn't being utilized by another application. Also try the same with a different PC, with the same board and check if you are experiencing the same issue. As long as the port is isn't used by any other application this issue shouldn't arise.
