Hi, when do you recommend to use an application like MRR lab instead MRR beam steering lab?, we are trying to develop a system to help a car to stay between two rails with a safety distance between car and rail of 2m aprox, and what would be the best way to reprogram this safety distance, with a multi mode radar which load a new chirp profile or without multi mode and just loading a new configuration over the code pre loaded?
Thanks
Hello Jairo,
For 2m safe distance from other cars, are you planning to place multiple sensor devices (left and right end of the test car)? Or just a single sensor in front of the test car?
Multi mode is required in MRR as a feature to look for medium (~150m) and ultra short (30m) range. But in your case it requires single configuration as USRR.

You can use single configuration for MRR to look for 2m objects.
I would suggest you first experiment with the default MRR application and GUI to check the feasibility of your requirement.
