As per its functionality, if NOE is low ,Aport = Bport.

But when simulation is done ,the waveform is not as accepted, meaning Aport = Bport.

Kindly help to resolve this issue.

This is an old device designed for TTL signals that do not go near 5 V, so it uses a single N-channel transistor; see [FAQ] What are the Types of Architectures TI Switches and Multiplexers Use and how do I know which one my device has internally?

If you need to support signals up to V_CC, use a switch with transmission gates, e.g., SN74HC4066 or TMUX1511.
