Hi team,
My customer needs the Tj, max value for this IC.
I can see the ΨJT value on the datasheet but i do not see the max junction temp.
Thanks,
Luke

It's 150 °C; see [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?
Hey Luke,
The FAQ that Clemens provided is a good resource from the logic FAQ page. We also have another FAQ from our multiplexer FAQ page where you can find a link for a calculator that can help you solve this:

Hi Clemens & Rami,
Thanks for your answer.
My customer also would like to know below information:
Thanks,
Luke
1. None of the electrical characteristics are guaranteed.
2. See this search for 125 °C one-channel 2:1 switches. I do not know what voltage and bandwidth you require.
Hi Clemens,
About 1, I understand we cannot guarantee the spec outside datasheet.
However, the customer would like to know what are the typical behavior of this.
Without guaranteeing anything, can you share your understanding?
Thanks,
Luke
Hey Luke,
There is no reliability guarantee here and the device could even be damaged so we can't really make any calls on what performance will change.
Can they not move over to another device from the list Clemens provided? Like the TS5A3159-Q1? It would still be a 0.7ohm 2ch 2:1 device
Thanks,
Rami
