TS3L301: Please validate my design.

I am giving a LVCMOS output(3V3 level) to the TS3L301DGGR, from mux output i am giving it to level translator TXS0108ERGYR to translate from 3.3V to 1.8 V,

Will it work??

mux output will be given to VCCB of level translator as it requires VCCA <=VCCB.

The TS3L301 can handle voltages from 0 to 5.5V so passing a 3.3V signal should be fine. These are passive FET switches so what the switch can handle is dependent on the voltage and frequency. So as long as the I/O signal is between 0-5.5V and below 900MHz, it should be fine.

If i'm understanding properly, you're aiming to pass a DC signal through a multiplexer to TS3L301 to a level shifter, the TXS0108E, and you want to confirm if after passing through the mux you'll see any problems by the time it reaches the level shifter? If so, then you shouldn't see any problem.
I can't give you much confident feedback on the TXS0108E or any set up guides though but I would see if the logic forum has answers you'd be looking for on that end:
