Hello,
I installed CCS 4.1.2.xxxxx from a CD and my license. All seemed to work ok. Then I was told that was the incorrect version, so I chose the uninstall from the CCS submenu that was added to the Windows Start menu during installation. I was then pointed to a "setup_CCS_4_Platinum.zip" file that I was told to copy and unzip in a local directory, which I did. Then I double-clicked on the "setup_CCS_4.1.3.00038.exe" file which gives me an error dialog box that begins with
"Error in action ExecuteScript
can't read "fileList:: no such variable
while excuting..."
Can you please help me figure out where I'm going wrong?
Thank you!

Make sure you extract the installer zip file into a temporary folder first and then run the setup.exe rather than double-clicking on the zip file and installing it directly "on-the-fly".
