Error connecting to MSP430 after 4.1.3.00038 update

I'm running Windows 7 x64 with an MSP430F1611 and a USB Olimex JTAG Tiny FET Emulation tool. Before the update, everything worked great. Now, when I try to flash the MSP, i get the following error

MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Could not find device (or device not supported)

How can I downgrade to an earlier 4.1.x? My installation disk is for 4.0.x but that does not work well with projects started in 4.1.x.
