problems with free license and W7 64 bits

Hello,

My name is Manuel. I have some free licenses (CCS v4) in some PC with Windows XP and Windows 7 32 bits. I need to install the free license in a new HP laptop with Windows 7 professional 64 bits. I have the file but I cannot activate the license. I don't know which is the problem. Could you help me?

Hello Manuel,

If you have the license file (*.lic), then you should be able to specify it with the license dialog (see: Step 2)

That is because you already have a license active (the 30-day trial with 10 days remaining). To update the license, simply specify your license file under "Step 2 - Install License File".

FYI - even after activating the new license, CCS will continue to use the evaluation license until it expires, and then switch over:
