Hi,
Can you show the exact procedure? it is not clear what is not working.
Specifically, I want to see what binary you are using for the application code and how you configure it in Uniflash.
Regardless, you know that CCS itself also has an embedded image creator (Unflash) and it can flash it permanently for you.

Shlomi
I was able to successfully flash project to my board ; This is what I did:
1) Opened Uniflash, selected 'CC3220SF-LaunchXL' and 'Start Image Creator'
2) New Project with 'Device Type: CC3220SF', 'Device Mode: Develop'
3) In Simple View: Uploaded the project .bin file(generated through CCS) to MCU Img. Uploaded Service Pack v3.9.0.6_2.0.0.0_2.2.0.6.bin.
5) Connected, Burn, Program Image. programming status :completed.
6) Unplugged LaunchPad,and plugged back in
7) No change in the board.(Code not Booting)
Hi,
The procedure looks OK.
Are you able to run in debug mode?
Are you able to flash it from CCS itself?
Shlomi
I am able to flash it from CCS and it works. After power restart it goes.
Note:I am trying to flash binary of example code from sdk (simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_3_30_01_02/examples/nortos/CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL/drivers/gpiointerrupt ).
What do you mean by "it goes"? you means that after reset it is no longer working?
this is a very old SDK, why don't you use the latest? and what servicepack are you using?
Yeah, I meant after reset it is no longer working.
this is the sp I am using - sp_3.13.0.3_2.0.0.0_2.2.0.6.bin
hard to tell from the description what you are doing wrong.
basically, it should work as the code goes into the serial flash on the LaunchPad and upon reset, it is compared with the code in the internal flash (as you have an SF device) and then execute from the internal flash.
As I mentioned, you are using a very old SP and SDK but this is not the reason it does not work.
what Uniflash version are you using?
Did it work before and suddenly broke or is it the first time you are trying it out?
so if this is the first time, why are you not using the latest SDK? you can find it under https://www.ti.com/tool/SIMPLELINK-CC32XX-SDK
I tried building the same project from new sdk:
simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_7_10_00_13/examples/nortos/CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL/drivers/gpiointerrupt/ticlang
I am getting these errors.
Strange, for me it works just fine.
Are you able to compile and flash any other example? let's say, network_terminal that we usually use a lot (under \simplelink_cc32xx_sdk_7_10_00_13\examples\rtos\CC3220SF_LAUNCHXL\demos\network_terminal\tirtos7\ticlang).

I am using Linux. I disabled the image creator in project->properties->advanced settings. Now that error is gone.
I am able to flash the binary through uniflash. It is working!
strange that it resolved the issue but good that you found a workaround.
I am using Windows and not Linux so maybe there is some issue with Linux.
