Problems with CCS subscription renewal - can't open email with new activation ID for subscription

Hi,

today I need your assistance! I've ordered a subscription renewal for my CCS license in TIs estore (TMDSCCSUB12MCUN01D). I got an email from 'myregistered_software@list.ti.com' with a subject line showing:

=?utf-8?b?VEkgU29mdHdhcmUgQWN0aXZhdGlvbiBJRCBmb3IgVEkgUGFydCBOdW1iZXIgVE1EU0NDU1V
CMTJN Q1VOMDFE ?=

When I try to open this email I get an error message saying 'wrong code' and an empty email appears (email seems to be in html format).

So, how do I get the activation ID I've already payed $99 (payment by credit car) for? I've emailed to 'myregistered_software@list.ti.com' for assistance but got no answer so far.

    I've already send the email to the license file support (but wasn't quite shure if it was the right support address)! I got the answer in the meantime (thanks Nigo!) and will now renew my subscription.
