CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: Not able to open com port in CCS cloud

Hi,

I have installed TICloud agent bridge and application in ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit) and also linked libudev.so.0 to libudev.so.1

But when I unable to open COM port from CCS cloud. It gives me following error. Please let me know the solution.

Hello,
When does this error occur? Are you explicitly doing "Target -> Connect COM port"?

Are you able to load code and debug before you try to connect to the COM port?

Yes I am able to load the code but not able to debug. Gives me following error.

How did you import this project into your Cloud workspace? Did you import it from Cloud Resource Explorer? Or from a project from your local machine?

Are you using the latest SDK version (2.20)? In your screenshot, it looks like only the application project was imported, and not the dependent TI-RTOS project. Both projects should get imported when you import the empty project from Cloud Resource Explorer, as shown below:

Can you remove all project from your workspace and import the empty project again?

This solved my issue after adding both project.
