webench orcad connector not able to activate license key

Could you please follow the process given in the below document. Please note that webench allegro  connector supports till 16.6 Allegro version only.

Hi Praveen,

Yes, we have follow below process

1. Copy key from Activation Code page

2. paste to Activation window and press Activate bottom, it show key is invalid.

Yes, I can install webench orcad connector with the activation code, but still fail to export design from webench. thanks.

Hi Eddie, 

Could you please share the WEBENCH design using 'Share Design' option. 

Kindly note that WEBENCH schematic export to Cadence OrCAD is generic known issue and export is failing.Team is looking into it.It might take longer time to fix.
