My simulation schematic is the slightly modified reference project.
1. TIMER discharge current is very low (30-900nA) instead of 2.7uA as expected.
2. The gate voltage, during the strong pull-down, falls to ground despite the Out being at 30V.
So the internal clamp does not work.
I hope you will find this notice useful at the nearest model revising.
As I find this model, as it is now, very useful - thank you very much for it.

Hi Robert,
I tested the TINA-TI model on the web and it is giving 2.7uA discharge current as expected. Can you share your TSC file so we can try to replicate the issue?
