According to the datasheet the RDS(on) of the low-side MOSFET is used to calculate ISCP.
Why is in SwitcherPro R6 changing when I change the high-side MOSFET Q1?
Changing the low-side MOSFET Q2 doesn't affect R6 in SwitcherPro.
Best regards
Andreas
Hi Andreas,
Your observations are correct. R6 does appear to be a function of Q1 in
SwitcherPro. As per data sheet, it should be a function of the low side
MOSFET. I will follow-up with the system engineer for this part and
request an enhancement to SwitcherPro.
Thanks for identifying this issue.
Regards,
Michael
