Hi,

I am using CC2340R5_Q1 chip for our Digital key Project. Here i noticed that BLE example code form simplelink_lowpower_f3_sdk_8_40_00_61 SDK has 90% of RAM is used.

I have the requirement to complete the project within 70% of RAM memory.

Most of the memory consumed for RTOS, Can i able to make it on ROM as like CC2674 or CC1354

Hello Anto,

I do not believe this feature is available for CC2340R5-Q1 device. To optimize RAM consumption in software, please refer to RAM Optimization in the documentation.

Additionally, the CC2340R53-Q1 device is the same, but with almost double the RAM. You can view this device here.
