OPA277 Output is higher than expected

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA277

Hi all,

for my project am using OPA277 as a unity gain inverting amplifier with +/-12 supply, my problem is am getting 1.556V at output when my input is only -0.278V, Please any one help me to solve this issue, Please find the attached my schematic

Crystal clear Thanks in advance,

  • Saravanakumar,

You do not show the entire application but as far as OPA277 is concerned, the circuit should work just fine - see simulation below.  Do you measure 1.556V with a multimeter at the output (pin 6) of OPA277?  If so, perhaps you should use a scope to probe various nodes to make sure there is no oscillation.

  • Marek,

    Thanks for your replay,

actually, after i removed the "C1" this start working properly, am not very sure what could be the reason,
