Hi John,
1. LM8364 & LM8365 is same device. just thorehold voltage different. Looks Reset function OK. But UCC28180 not shut down PWM when OLP!? 2. Removing one of the reverse polarity diodes on the ISENSE pin. issus still have. 3. Currently fail PWM…
Juan,
I would recommend a device that specs a delay equation such as LM8365 (if you are looking for low Iq) or TPS3890 (if you are looking for precision accuracy).
I hope this helps!

Hi Team,
I according to reference design UCC28180 with LM8365 trigger OLP(open loop protection) to implement brown out function, but have some issue need you help!
Look waveform show result…

I'm trying to make an ultra-low-power voltage supervisor with discrete parts (comparator, voltage ref...) for a customer.
I'm coming from this E2E post which looked…
Dear Brian,
Thanks for the reply. Even after removing LM8365, the problem persisted & it got solved after programming. So problem doesn't seem to be with supervisory IC.
Thanks.
Hi Marty,
You are correct, the LM8365 part you mention should come up as "Q: Same Functionality and Pinout". It's possible the database may have just missed it.
