Part Number: ONET4201LD Hi
I need a High Pulse Power output Laser Diode Driver IC.
ONET4201LD is too low current.
I want to drive a laser diode from 500mA to 1A in a 10ns pulse.
Can you suggest someting IC or method?
Part Number: ONET4201LD I want to interface the ONET4201 with an FPGA that has a CML output as well. As far as I know, AC-coupling is preferred, fine with that, in that case, do I need any bias resistor at the receiving end? I've seen some examples where…
Part Number: ONET4201LD Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ONET1141L , ONET1151L , ONET1151M , ONET8501V , ONET1101L , Hi Team,
I am Looking for laser drivers for Laser+internal PD that I have.
I have 4 kind of lasers:
1-30mW/up to100ma
1-15mW/up to 80ma
1-300uW…
Part Number: ONET4201LD Hi @ all,
is it possible to operate an LED with this module? My LED has a forward voltage about 6.5 V and a forward current from 10 - 30 mA. My intention is to minimize the turn-off edge of the source to some picoseconds. Ist it…
Part Number: ONET4201LD Is ONET4201LD capable to handle data rates lower than 155Mbps, e.g. a frequency range of 65MHz ?
What are the limiting factors in going below datasheet value of 155Mbps ?
Is there any absolute low limit ?
Hi Michael, i would like to know, if you found any working solution for your circuit. I use the ONET4201ld and the HFE4291-581 too and need some help with the choosing of the resistors. Thank you, Justina
Part Number: ONET4201PA Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ONET4201LD Are there IBIS or *** models available for the following devices?
TI - ONET4201PA (limiting amp.)
TI - ONET4201LD (laser driver )
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ONET4201LD Hi,
Using ONET4201LD for FSO applications to drive Laser Diode(LD). ONET4201LD works fine with 125Mhz (Ethernet 100M) but does not work for 1.25Ghz(Ethernet 1000M).
LD which is used here has PD reversal, so connecting…
Hi,
Using ONET4201LD for FSO application. Attached circuit works for 100Mbps. But When I change the speed to 1Gbps, this never works. Can you advice for any change in the design ? Is AC coupling required for 1Gbps ?
Note : circuit attached. SCHEMATIC1…
I know that the TX_DISABLE pin can be driven high to disable the laser driver and that driving it low will enable the driver. I have an application where they want to drive the TX_DISABLE low to enable but drive the pin high Z (or open) to disable. I see…
