peak detection circuit

I believe you need to address this with a high speed amplifier.  At least that is how I have created peak detectors in the past.

For some reason your question got routed to comparators.  I will try to get you to the HSAMPs team.

It might be possible to create a circuit that fast but it will be challenging. What is the amplitude of the signal you are trying to detect?
