THS4215: THS4215 high speed peak detect circuit

Part Number: THS4215
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA836, OPA817

Hi all,

I am trying to use the circuit below to sample and hold a frequency signal ( 100Mhz, SineWave, 1.2V DC , amp 200mV)

Everything works fine with1Mhz singal, but whenever I modify the signal to 10M to 100Mhz, they are not stable and have bad attenuation

Attached is the sample&hold circuit with THS4215, please give me some advice. Thank you very much.

And also if I the other input signal only for -0.2 ~ 0.2V / 100Mhz, SineWave, how to measurment the 0.2v peak using this curcuit.

As my simulation, the attenuation has already reduced the signal to almost 0.

Best regards

Frank
