INA228: Spice Model available?

Hi TI,

I'm currently in need for spice model for INA228 (or any component similar such as INA229) to be used in TINA. So far I've searched around and couldn't find the spice model for it.

May I ask is there spice model available for this component?

Hello George,

We generally do not do spice models for digital output parts, since there is no analog output to simulate. If you need an IBIS model, the model for the INA226 should be very similar.

Hi Mitch,

I'm mainly looking forward to perform DC/transient simulation on the INA228.

Is there any possible recommendations on how I can at least develop the ADC input model for it? Because the datasheet doesn't mention enough information to develop the model such as sample-and-hold capacitance and etc.

I believe that is what the IBIS model is for (input pin capacitance). We don't have one for the INA228 specifically, but the one for the INA226, which will be very similar, can be found here: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sbom458.
