OPA2140: POPA2140AIDRGR

I need OPA2140 dual amp in DRG package. I found POPA2140AIDRGR, however it is not RoHS part. The data sheet advises contact TI on this part. What is part's production status? Is it RoHS part?

Hi Genrikh,

The "POPA2140AIDRGR" device is a pre-release sample device, it is RoHS compliant but these devices are intended for sampling and not production material. The released/production device will be "OPA2140AIDRGR" and is scheduled to release at the start of November 2021, it will be RoHS compliant.
