LM393A: Pin7 to gnd impedance

Hi Team,

The customer is asking about the pin7 to GND impedance of LM393ADGKR when there is no voltage on Vcc. Could you please kindly check on this? Thank you.

    The output should be very high impedance, 10's of meghoms, like a reversed biased diode.

    The output is the collector of a BJT transistor. With no current through on the base, the transistor will be "off".

    We do not characterize this or specify this as Vcc=0V is not a valid operating condition.

    This is also assuming that all other pins are at 0V. Voltages on other pins may cause internal leakages that could affect the actual value.
