Hello Mike,
The output should be very high impedance, 10's of meghoms, like a reversed biased diode.
The output is the collector of a BJT transistor. With no current through on the base, the transistor will be "off".
We do not characterize this or specify this as Vcc=0V is not a valid operating condition.
This is also assuming that all other pins are at 0V. Voltages on other pins may cause internal leakages that could affect the actual value.
