The LM193AJ/883 is not a space grade (-SP) device, but a MIL-STD-883 QML device.

Do you need space grade or Radiation hardened?

It looks like there is stock of the LM193AJ/883. What is the need to replace the device?

These devices are the ex-National Semiconductor die - so pretty much all the devices in the above ordering list in the "CDIP" NAB package are similar.
