LM193QML-SP: SEE/SEL test data 5962R9452602VGA

Part Number: LM193QML-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM139

Tool/software:

Hello I am looking for SEE/SEL test data for 5962R9452602VGA (LM193QML-SP) I saw a thread:

https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers-group/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/1005920/lm193qml-sp-see-set-let-reports

Some of the additional information was shared privately. Any help getting this data would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

  • Hi Garrett,

Any reports we would have would be in the "Technical Documentation" section of the product folder:

    https://www.ti.com/product/LM193QML-SP#tech-docs

Radiation test results are contained in the "Group E Lot Summary Report" form as attachments at the bottom of the page in the QCI system:

    Example:

    https://qci.itg.ti.com/qci/reportGroupE?qcRef=6096733

Unfortunately, the person who handles the reports for this device is out until next Monday - so I don't know at this time if there is any further data other than the above.

  • Hey Paul, just checking in to see if your colleague was available to provide additional data?

    Thanks

  • Thanks for the reminder...let me check!

  • Hi Garrett,

Apologies for the delay...I though I posted this.

We could not find the actual data. That was a long time ago.

But the LM139/193 was one of the first devices studied for radiation effects, and there have been a few papers

One of the papers are available as Appnotes in the LM139 folder.

There is also a IEEE paper "SINGLE EVENT EFFECT PROTON AND HEAVY ION TEST RESULTS IN SUPPORT OF CANDIDATE NASA PROGRAMS" that mentions the LM139 test results.

We cannot post copies of IEEE papers, so you will have to obtain a copy:

    Our expert simply said:

"It is a pure bipolar product, so SEL would be unexpected."
