I don't understand the video. For an AOP power supply test V+=+30V V-=0V output voltage 15V what is the voltage injected on VOC?
You will find attached a simulation.

Hey Druilhe,

I thought you were measuring it in a laboratory setting. In a simulation setting you may use AN1516: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snoa475f/snoa475f.pdf

The document uses TLV9102 as an example but the OPA2991 may be dropped in as a replacement. The circuits are embedded in the document.
