INA220: Figure 31

Hello,

At datasheet Figure 31, in addition to the load current, the current to the 13.7kW also goes through the Sunt resister.
To measure only the load current, my customer thinks the connection should be as follows by right.
Does TI agree with this?

Hey Kazuhiko,

TI does agree with customer's proposed connection of VBUS. If VBUS pin is tied to the source-side of the shunt, then leakage current into the 13.7k resistor will not flow through shunt and thus will not be sensed by INA220. Thus, INA220 will only be sensing the true system load current.
