Both are AEC-Q100 qualified. The only difference is the G4 suffix, which has no longer any meaning: [FAQ] Why does a logic device's part number have an E4/G4 suffix?
Let me clarify a bit...
The LM2903QDRG4 is an older "legacy" automotive device, that was qualified to older standards that predated the AEC-Q100 standard.
The die is the same and there are slight differences in the package materials, and different assembly sites.
If you do need a Q1 device, then please order LM2903QDRQ1 as that is the "official" AEC-Q100 Automotive device (internally, the system has a note recommending to order the Q1 device).
