TLC272 is used in PMP10081 and PMP30104.

because of this really weird C14 you would need to carry out a phase stability analysis first:

Hi Dice-K,

Kai is correct. After determining from the datasheet if the device meets all of your important specifications, you should build it in either TINA-TI or Pspice and run a stability analysis on it.
