this data isn't given in the datasheets of older OPAmps sometimes, but can be read from the "dissipation rating table": Assuming a maximum junction temperature of 150°C and a maximum heat dissipation of 1025mW at 25°C ambient temperature for the DW package results in a Rthja of

Rthja = (150°C - 25°C) / 1025mW = 122°C/W
