I think there's no TI's current sense amplifier allowing a common mode input voltage of more than 120V.

I would think about using an Isolation amplifier:

Kai is correct here. The largest common mode that we can support for high side measurement is the INA290 family, which tops out at 120Vcm. Your current requirement also negates the ability to possibly use our TMCS product family, which cannot handle this magnitude of current through the package. I would recommend following the above link and examining our isolated amplifier product line which may more easily handle these parameters.
