This is a circa 1984 BurrBrown part in a metal can - doubt you will find any physical match, but surely there are electrical upgrades in more modern packages.

As Michael indicated, OPA111AM is obsolete a long ago.
Thomas recommended OPA196 as alternative for OPA111AM part. Depending on your application and the available supply ranges on your circuit, we can recommend something to replace the part. Please let us know.

I think one of these may also do:
They show a little bit lower noise compared to the OPA196, if noise is an issue.

The OPA145 also looks like a good choice, this file has not been recently updated so the OPA196 is not in yet, and the pricing is out of date.
