I want to run simulations using LTSPICE, is there a spice model available that can used in LTSPICE?

LTSPICE is a simulation program produced by a competitor of Texas Instruments. Therefor we can not support this request.

ok, atleast there should be a .cir or .mod file, that helps me.

I could not find in TI website for this new part.

Yes - we're in the process of getting these online. Perhaps these will help for the time being.
