INA332: The consensus problem of the output offset voltage

As the figure below, the offset voltage of different patches is different ,someone is 0.5V and other one is 0.2V .

Please tell me what is the problem.

    First, if you expect V_REF of 0.5V, your circuit is incorrectly set for 454mV - see below.  Please change the value of 10k to 9k to fix it.

    Second, INA332 is specified for the maximum input voltage offset of +/-8mV at 25C (see below).  

    This means that in the gain of G=5+5*(240k/10k)=125, you should expect the maximum output error of up to Vout=Gain*max_Vos = +/-1V.  This does NOT include a potential additional error caused by the mismatch of 10k input bridge resistors - see below.
