One of our customer's having trouble for TL331IDBVR for 2023 date code model.
I think there is product change for the lead finish. NiPdAu to Matte Sn.
Customer said before 2023 model was absolutely fine.
The question is,
1. How to solve this issue? (Is there any technics? Must put Flux before soldering or whatever)
2. Is there another soldering profile?
Can you give some advice?
