Can I use +24V V+ and -12V V- supplies on the part?
Input voltage range can be min. -12V to max. 20V.
If I use a pull-up to 3.3V on the open collector output what will the output waveform look like when crossing the compare thresholds?
Will the low voltage output go to 0V or V-?
I want to connect the output to a 3.3V logic input to trigger a turn on or shut down sequence via an LM3881 part.

I was able to open the schematic but when I try to run the simulator I get the following error. Do i have to clear out some old files or re-install to get it working again?
I will try the TINA-TI Simulation tool | TI.com. Will I be able to add parts like a clamping zener to the output to prevent the negative swing?
I have a couple tlv1704 parts with the outputs connected to a logic gate with the 10K pull-up to 3.3V.

I am not sure why you're getting that error now when you didnt get it initially when you simulated. From a google search, seems like theres a ini file missing or you may need to re install. Either way, the important thing is to make sure this attached .LIB file is in your working project directory and also added into the sim profile. Make sure to delete the old lib file. THe new one should have the "2023" data modification to it.
For TINA, yes you could add components such as diodes. I have attached a TINA schematic file for you to start on which should work.
