Hi Team,
I'd like to ask you about the peak detection circuit using OPA2354A-Q1. According to the attached waveform, there is the overshoot and undershoot on the signal of +INB(Pin5), so the peak is detected by the overshoot level. Please let me know how to improve or resolve this issue.

I will look into the schematic design you have provided to understand why this behavior is occurring. One question that I have for you: is there a history behind the design you have chosen? The reason I ask is typically peak detector circuits follow a configuration similar to what is shown below:

As I checked with customer, there was no previous design history on their circuit, they had designed this circuit themselves using related materials. Please let me know if you have completed this circuit review.

Because the diode is in the feedback loop, the amplifier will slam the output to the negative rail when the input goes low and it will stay there until it goes high again. Those spikes may be occurring because the part has to pull out of saturation. Spikes could also be occurring due to the diode turn on and any related parasitics.
