LM124: Electrical characteristics for V+ = 3.3V

Sections 3.1 and 3.3 of the Application Design Guidelines for LM324 and LM358 Devices discuss how the output varies with supply voltage.
For the inputs, see section 2. (The common-mode range goes only to 1.3 V, so a 3.3 V is not a common supply voltage.)
