I am trying to use the PSpice model for OPA855 in Cadence Virtuoso. The testbench I am using is quite simple (depicted below):
During transient simulation, I receive a few dozen of the following error:
After researching this issue, Hasan Babiker31 suggests increasing R_NOISELESS RES (T_ABS=-273.15) to be slightly above -273.15°C. After setting T_ABS = -270 in the PSpice file, I am able to bypass the above error. However, the transient sim results are not what I expect. Below are the transient sim results when applying a 1 [V] amplitude, 1 [MHz] frequency sinewave to the non-inverting terminal while holding the inverting terminal to ground:
Could increasing T_ABS to -270 be causing this behavior, or is this a different problem all together?
Please help.
