Now We want to use LMH6518 to driver high speed ADC. Vcm from ADC is 0.9V.
Question1: What is the range of Vcm input about LMH6518(indulding min/typ/max)
Question2: What about setting up the Vcm pin input to 0.9V, what is the impact on output and performance?
I see that recommended common mode output is from 0.95V to 1.45V as below:

Here is the input and output VCM range of the LMH6518 device:
You are correct that there will be an impact on the performance. The device might lead to non-ideal behavior and degradation on SNR and THD of the device especially over temperature.
If the customer does not need DC information due to the setting of VOCM pin, would they be able to do something similar to what is described in this thread by Decapton Wang: https://e2echina.ti.com/support/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/25262/lmh6518-adc-vcm
