Hi All,
We are using AMC1311QDWVRQ1 isolator from TI for HV Voltage measurement. We need some clarification on the maximum input voltage can be applied to the input pin. As per the datasheet the maximum input voltage rating is VDD1+0.5V.
Our Doubt is, when the VDD1 supply (5V) is available, the maximum rating is 4.5V, but if the VDD1 is not available, then we can only apply 0.5V, more than 0.5V IC can damage. Please clarify the same.
