Hi,

Can you provide the details of the tests carried out at time of shipment?

For example, how many hours it was operated at a certain temperature in the operating environment, or how long it will operate in that environment.

Hi Conor,

Clemens has shown the qualification tests that are done to release the device (thank you Clemens). These tests aren't done for every lot that is shipped, they are done for the initial qualification.

There is also a final test procedure that every device goes through - this will test the parameters in the data sheet that have min/max values.
