OPA855：TIA simulation

I will attach a very good blog that was written for the steps to designing a TIA circuit. It is a three-part series that covers the major topics very well. For your design it is useful to know the capacitance of your photodiode. However, from the performance metrics you require, achieving the bandwidth of 2GHz is not achievable with the gain of 4k and will be very difficult to achieve in general as it will depend on many things such as board parasitic capacitance to achieve such a high bandwidth. I will also attach a TIA calculator that is useful in finding the optimal feedback capacitance and gives the estimated bandwidth of a design.
