hi i am using below part for generate 28v PWM output

TLV1822QDRQ1

input given 5 to 10v PWM signal 6 to 16khz frequency i need 28 PWM signal same frequency.

i ordered 2 components for proto test now i am testing output not coming.

input circuit i used buffer circuit(OPA990IDBVR) 2nd circuit i used comparator IC (TLV1822QDRQ1),For comparator IC(pin 2) i am giving 2v reference volts, pin 8 (28v).

Kindly suggest need to add circuit & i need support for this 28v PWM generation .

Unused inputs must not be left floating.

Please show an oscilloscope trace of the inputs and the output.

one input can be grounded and the other input connected to a reference voltage, or even V+ (as long as the input is directly connected to the V+ pin to avoid transients

hi input i am given square wave 10khz 6v p-p(pin 3) , reference voltage 2v(pin 2) , VCC 28 Volts given(pin 8), PIN 4(GND) , Left out pin(5 given ref volt 2v & pin 6 GND)

Out put not coming kindly suggest anything left out connection or device not working.

The TLV1822-Q1 does not support input voltages below V−. It is likely that you have damaged the chip.

The LM311 would allow a separate ground reference for the output.

Hi Shivaraj,

As Clemens said, it's possible that you've damaged the device. The OPA990 output (TLV1822-Q1 input) can swing negative such that it goes beyond the absolute maximum ratings of the device.

now i am planning to use single channel puspull part(TLV1811QDCKRQ1) no need output R pullup right it should work right?

i will give in put 0-10v negative i will not feed.

Kindly conform above circuit will work.

Requirement.

input PWM 6 to 10 khz (0-10v_max)

output required 28v same frequency following input.

With a push/pull output, you do not need a pull-up resistor.

If the input voltage is already in the valid range, then you do not need the U2 buffer.

If the input voltage always is in the range from 0 V to 10 V, then you can connect the input directly to the TLV1811.
